ANNOUNCEMENTS
3/29/2026
Jefferson Area earns first win in program history with 20-6 victory over Chardon Jefferson Area High School’s women’s flag football team recorded the first win in school history Sunday, beating Chardon 20-6 at home in Jefferson. The Falcons set the tone with their playmaking on both sides of the ball, and the decisive moment came when Abby Feick turned an interception into a pick-6 that helped Jefferson Area seize control. Quarterback Alyvia Graham led the offense with five touchdown passes, spreading the ball to multiple targets as the Falcons capitalized on big plays and key defensive stops. Dani Furman and Julia Sprague each finished with two touchdown receptions, giving Jefferson Area a pair of reliable targets throughout the afternoon. Ada Sirrine also caught a touchdown pass, adding to a balanced aerial attack that kept pressure on Chardon’s defense. Alaina Barress added a rushing touchdown, providing another scoring spark as the Falcons continued to build momentum.
